NEW YORK (Reuters) - Rupert Murdoch’s News Corp may be courting a former top executive at social network Facebook to replace the chief executive and co-founder of its top rival MySpace, All Things Digital, a media and technology website, reported on Wednesday.

News Corp’s recently appointed digital chief, Jonathan Miller, had been considering getting rid of MySpace CEO Chris DeWolfe, Peter Kafka reported on Wednesday afternoon on his Media Memo blog, which is part of All Things Digital. (more…)

Two days after the release of his debut album Asleep in the Bread Aisle, SRC/Universal Recording artist Asher Roth has reached another career milestone.

The Morrisville, Pennsylvania born rapper received news today (April 22) that the album’s lead single, “I Love College” has officially been certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America.

Rapper Lil Boosie is in trouble with the law again, this time over an alleged assault that took place at his house last week.

According to local TV station WAFB, Baton Rouge, Louisiana Sheriff officers arrested Lil Boosie on Wednesday (April 22) and charged him with 2nd degree battery.
